今天《生命之光》提到除了每天做“心法潜修步骤一二三”之外还需要参加“圆满人生菁
英会”，和其他学员一起共振，可以触动心灵深处，大家相观而善，才能加成效果。以媛
过去在学佛期间喜欢“独修”，看经、抄经、行经。当时不能体会丛林众修的“共振”效
果，很少参加大众法会，避免人多是非，扰乱心境。现在参与“超级生命密码系统”学习
，在太阳盛德导师睿智的善导及蔡礼旭老师《细讲弟子规》薰陶下，超码人的风范不同于
一般宗教或修行团体，总是乐于助人、成人之美、不讲小话，以爱与感恩及祝福为做人的
信条，在菁英会及其他各种大众学习的课程或活动中，总给人如沐春风的感觉，学习共振
的氛围令人流连忘返。
超码系统的“结果论”概念让学员得以随时检视自己的学习进度和效果，是个非常现实有
用的工具，以媛经常据以知道要改善的不足之处为何。《怡然富足最吉运》有关于“能量
公式”能量=功率*时间=作用力*距离*时间的算式，给了以媛一份功课，得要好好检讨并
记录平日对于练习和实作各种功课和行愿时，自己身心灵三方面的施力状态和运行路径，
以及时间分配与掌握状况究竟如何?其实内心知道还有许多不到位之处，没有纪录就很模
糊，也难以追踪有无改善。这是以媛给自己的功课，需要加把劲。
