最近这两年突然在网络上经常看到“内卷”或“内卷”这样的名词，台湾的年轻人在对话
中也常会使用，大陆甚至在2021年将“内卷”列为十大流行语!“内卷”一词给人粗略的
印象似乎是在特定团体、公司或某个业种，在激烈竞争下大家都很拚搏，付出和回收相较
之下却所得有限，非常辛苦。在社会学概念“内卷化”是用来形容在某个社会单元中，发
展到某个阶段后，成员就在一个简单层次上重复劳作而毫无发展。
现今，内卷被用来形容“白热化的竞争”，亦即在资源有限的情况下，人们为了得到资源
，而进行不正常的过度竞争。当某人开风气之先，率先进行了某件事情而深获好评并因此
得到回报后，其他人随之效法，进行同样或类似的工作，当初新奇有料的
结果，因为其他人都在做也就不足为奇，社会或市场的受众不够多，变得相互激烈竞争，
谁也没有讨到好处。这种例子比比皆是，例如“葡式蛋塔”、“网购送餐”等等。
大陆网友就用了一个满贴切的比喻来形容：当大家都拥有葵花宝典后，如果你不练，就会
被打败，于是所有人都练了。但这样一来，每个人都拥有了葵花宝典，也就没有特别之处
了，因此没有人从中受益。另一个颇为传神的描述是：在平面的小剧场看表演，如果前排
的人站起来了，后排的人就只能跟着站起来，最后就会造成原本可以坐着舒服欣赏的表演
，变成大家都必须站着看。累坏了!当大家都往一个方向模仿或学习做类似的事情，虽然
非常努力，因为没有差异化价值而处在红海的恶性竞争中。
当社会文化发展停滞，经济处于泡沫化边缘，大环境的人力、物力资源短绌又缺乏开创性
，在各行各业中都有可能形成“内卷化”的工作环境，对于身处其中的人而言，可想而知
会造成多么大的身心压力。我们是否觉知这种环境变化对个人造成的影响?自己有多少本
钱因应这样的内耗性竞争?当到处都有“内卷化”的现象，自己如何以不变应万变?或者穷
则变、变则通，又怎么变? 在今晚的“科技人沙龙”中，两位分享者沛霖及默默提出了不
同的看法和做法，但都很有启发性，真的非常感恩。
不是以媛往脸上贴金，想来想去现今社会可以有效解决这种在不利环境下，让自己得以充
分准备去因应的学习团体，应该只有“超级生命密码系统”了，因为它提供了身心灵三者
兼具的简单实践方法，可以协助建立专业知能及安定心性所需要的正能量，有了正能量一
切事情均可积极乐观面对，并持续前行，终至达到目的地。超码人一起加油吧!

1. 感恩沛霖和默默在“科技人沙龙”直播节目中分享对于“内卷化”的因应态度和作
法，非常有超码人的智慧。
2. 因为先生出国，这段时间以媛完全独处，可以整天不说一句话，除了巷子里的鸟叫
和周边邻里的远处声音，家里一片宁静。刚好可以强化以媛练习静心的效果，非常感恩。
3. 原来已经准备好早上要出去参加一个研讨会，前后大约至少3个钟头，早早将一些
事情做料理，并规划在途程中如何利用时间佐一点事情。结果老板决定不必参加，一下子
多出3小时时间，真是太感恩了。
