目前看起来，欧美的影响还满大的
根据今天半夜英语圈的发行商Funimation的消息
The Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2 sub will be delayed from Sundays at
1:35pm ET to Wednesdays at 9:00am ET starting with Episode 54, which will
launch on 5/29 for Funimation, Hulu, Crunchyroll and all of the sublicensees
around the world.
直接延期到了美东礼拜三早上才能更新，比木棉花宣布的时间还晚很多
包含FunimationNow、和从Funimation那边拿到授权的Crunchyroll和Hulu
For two weeks in a row, the latest Attack on Titan episode has been leaked by
sublicensees in two different territories before Japan’s broadcast.
关于片源提早被泄漏到网络上
大致上就是西班牙的“SelectaVisión”和中东地区的“STARZ Play”这两家的问题了
通常日方都会提早递交材料给各大代理商或平台，方便他们制作成本地化版本影片
可能是在这中间的过程中发生了管理上的问题，片源被一些有心人士抢先公开
甚至在YouTube上大肆公开
Starting this week the Attack on Titan Simulcast will be launching on
Wednesdays at 9:00am ET to provide enough time for each company to work on
subtitles and quality control, and make sure that all territories can launch
at the same time. The SimulDub will not be affected by this delay.
会延到那么晚主要是要确保字幕品质以及各平台上架的时间要一致
英配版本本身因为配音进度本来就无法和字幕版本一样那么快（5/26才要播而已）
所以更新上目前不受到影响
（包含FunimationNow英配版、Toonami都会按照原本的既定时程更新）
目前海外其他剩余的平台的更新状况都还没有公告相关事宜
包含那两家造成片源泄漏的平台
