网页上是说:
了解 RS-232 Echo 范例中 UART 模组的原理并实做自己的 UART 传送/收接模组，
或将范例的 VHDL 档每一行均加上个人注解。
但是投影片上是写:
Everyone has to understand the RS232 receiver/transmitter and
the baud rate generator; you have to write your own version, or
comment every line of the three VHDL files.
所以baud rate generator的那份要注解吗??
