Jarren Duran on what happened with the fan:
“Yeah, somebody just told me to kill myself. I'm used to at this point. Shit ha
ppens. I’m gonna flip somebody off if they say something to me, but it is what
it is. I shouldn't react like that. That kind of stuff is still kind of trigger
ing. It happens. “
“Honestly, It's my fault for talking about my mental health. I kind of brought
in the haters. So just something I’ve got to get used to.”
“ I didn't really tell anybody [on the team], so that's on me. Just trying to h
old it in, not really bring that up to the team. I mean, we're trying to win a g
ame. I shouldn't even bring that up to anybody. It's not really something where
I want to be like, bro, you should have heard with this guy said to me. That’s
not the most important thing. The most important thing is winning the game and
it just happens.”
赛后Duran接受采访时讲了当时的情况
“对，有人叫我去自杀。到现在我已经习惯了。鸟事总会发生。如果有人对我喷这种垃圾话
，我当然会想比中指回击，但事实就是这样。我不该那样反应的，只是那种话听了还是会让
人理智断线。事情就这样发生了。”
“老实说，这是我自己公开谈论心理健康的错。是我把这些酸民引来的。所以我必须去习惯
这一切。”
“我当时没有告诉球队里的任何人，这是我的问题。我只是试着憋在心里，不想把这件事带
给团队。我的意思是，我们正努力赢下比赛，我不应该拿这种事去烦大家。我不想表现得像
是：‘兄弟，你应该听听那家伙对我说了什么。’那不是最重要的事。最重要的事情是赢球
，而这种冲突就这么发生了。”
