Tacoma Rainiers right-hander Chien-Ming Wang has been named the Pacific Coast
League Pitcher of the Week for August 10-16, the league office announced
today.
Wang, 35, made one start during that period, tossing a nine-inning shutout at
Oklahoma City on Saturday, August 15. He held the Dodgers to just three hits
while issuing four walks and fanning two batters.
