1973年次的“朗神”铃木一朗已年过不惑，而身为自由球员的他最新接受MLB Network访
问内容中明白透露还没有退休的打算：“对于下季继续在MLB战场奔驰的念头，我仍跃跃
欲试。”
“I have every intention of playing in the Major Leagues next year,”
“我明年会在何处打球、披着哪支球队的战袍？我无法告诉你，因为棒球不是项个人运动
，事态发展不是只取决于我的感觉、我想打球一厢情愿而已，总得有球队愿意给我机会才
行，但无论如何我对于持续待在球场上是充满企图心的。”
“Where will that be? I cannot tell you because baseball is not an
individual sport and so it’s not just up to my feeling that I want to play.
Somebody has to feel that they want to give me the opportunity to play. But I
have every intention of playing.”
谈到“纽约队长”Derek Jeter的退休之旅，一朗如此表示：“Jeter之于我永生难忘的一
幕是他的洋基主场告别战，那天所有画面将无比清晰地伴随我的余生。”
One thing that I will never forget about Jeter that will be with me for the
rest of my life is the scene of his last game at Yankee Stadium,”

“To see him take the field in the first inning, go to his position — and I
was in right field — it was just such an emotional game, such an emotional
moment, and I felt, in right field, watching him, experiencing it, I felt
like it was going to bring me to tears. And I knew that it had to be so
emotional for him, but you never felt that. I never saw the tears, I never
sensed that it was as emotional as it was for him as I knew it had to be. And
I just wondered, ‘How does he have the ability to control his emotions to
that degree? How does he have the ability to not show that side of him to all
of these people?’ That’s something that will be with me for the rest of my
life.”
比起Jeter的光辉荣退，一朗选择继续燃烧球员生涯末期的“老迈身躯”，为个人纪录和
冠军戒打拼，可说是“老兵不死、亦不凋零”的写照。
尽管近两季的OPS+都未超过100，但现在的一朗依然能够胜任球队的四号外野，本季有1轰
、15盗以及0.284/0.324/0.340的打击三围。“3000安/500盗”的里程碑也还存在一线希
望（目前2844安、487盗），祝福他吧！
