想请问一下不知道版上是否有人有遇过这问题
美国CBP提到 (http://tinyurl.com/h2blawg)
若是携带 >10,000USD 的 Money and Other Monetary Instruments 需要进行申报
而在Monetary Instruments里面有一个negotiable instrument，
如果我今天去香港汇丰开了一张即期汇票，payee是我自己，背面留白，是否要申报呢?
还有美国海关的另一个网页上又有提到 (http://tinyurl.com/z5amxwm)
让我感到很疑惑的是这段
" Monetary instruments that are made payable to a named person,
but are not endorsed or which bear restrictive endorsements
are not subject to reporting requirements "
这是否也就代表着如果我在背后加注
"For deposit only to the account of (My name)" 就不需要申报了呢?
因为在网络上看到有人说D/D是需要申报的，有些人说不用，
不知道是否有版友有经验呢？或是说我有什么地方观念是错误的呢？
